9.1 INITIAL FEES:
a. Initial application for provisional and professional (non-refundable)

b. Initial license in Speech-Language Pathology (two years)

c. Initial license in Audiology (two years)

d. Initial dual license in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology

e. Initial registration of a Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology Assistant

(Jul – Dec of second year of licensing period):
