Legislative rules, Title, title 29, Series 1, 2, 3, and 4 pertaining to the Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology may be obtained by calling the Secretary of State’s Office at 304-558-6000. There will be a fee if you request a copy. You may download a free copy of the rules and regulations by following these instructions:

Go to www.wvsos.com and scroll down to Administrative Law. Move cursor to blue bar on Code of State Rules. When the drop-down menu appears click on CSR Online. Scroll down and click on Occupational Licensing. Scroll down and click on Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology. Click on Series (01-02-03, or 04) of your choice.
