We are constantly trying to improve procedures for license renewals and we hope we can count on your cooperation to renew ONLINE!!. It is our goal to achieve 100% participation, however, we realize changes take time.

ONLINE RENEWAL

· In mid-September you will receive a NOTICE to remind you to renew your license for 2009-2010. We are not mailing applications this year in hopes that the majority of you will renew online.

· If you do not receive a NOTICE, it is still your responsibility to renew. Crazy things happen with the mail, computer glitches, or failing to have the correct address can prevent you from receiving a notice

· Even though you renew online, you still have to mail us your CEU’s Mail to: WVBESLPA, 1 Edmiston Way, Box 11, Suite 214, Buckhannon, WV 26201

· Please renew online by December 1, 2008.

OFF LINE RENEWAL

· For those of you who do not want to renew online, you will have to contact our office and request an application be mailed to you.

· We ask that you have everything in the office by DECEMBER 1, 2008. That means your fees, CEU’s and application.
