All disciplinary actions settled after 12/31/2007, are available for viewing on this site. All disciplinary actions will be posted within thirty (30) days of the final order being signed by all parties.

Any disciplinary actions prior to December 31, 2007, can be obtained by contacting the Board office in writing. (Email requests are considered valid) If hard copies are required and mailed, a $.50 per page fee will apply.
